Cancellation & No-Show Policy We understand that life happens and schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice. • Appointments canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled service will not incur a fee. • Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled service will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the service value. For members, this fee will be calculated using the standard à la carte price of the scheduled service. • No-Call/No-Show appointments will be charged in full. Non-members will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. Members will forfeit one membership credit for the missed appointment.
